Home to the Men’s and Women’s basketball, volleyball and wrestling teams, the AJ Palumbo Center is located less than two miles from the center of downtown Pittsburgh. 2010 brought a $1.8 million renovation to the Center. Each of the 4,400 seats have chair backs and the bleachers were exchanged for permanent seats. The court boasts a new, center-hung Daktronic video board and four lower level, corer scoreboards.

CONSOL Energy Center is the new home to one of the NHL’s best teams, the Pittsburgh Penguins. This 720,000 square feet multi-use building will host sporting events, concerts and a variety of other spectator events. With a capacity of just over 18,000 seats CONSOL offers 6,400 lower level seats, 1,950 club seats, 246 Loge Box Seats, 6 lower level club seats, and 8,400 upper level seats. CONSOL not only offers customers great entertainment but also a full-service restaurant, public bars, food court and retail shops that creates a fun exciting atmosphere for spectators.

The David L. Lawrence Convention Center, considered one of the most beautiful convention centers in the world, is also one of the largest green-certified buildings. It is a perfect sports venue because it offers 236,000 square feet of column-free space with ceiling heights ranging from 34 – 125 feet and fabulous river and city views. Additionally, there is a 31,000 sq. feet ballroom with 32’ ceiling height. The many high-profile clients include: USA Fencing, National Field Archery Association, East Coast Volleyball, US Transplant Games, National Wheelchair Games and Major League Baseball.

Equipped for tournament-quality play in all major field sports, the Park sits on 115 acres of farmland. The facility boasts 13 lighted fields, 12 irrigated natural grass fields and one Miracle League ball field for adapted use. The complex also offers free Wi-Fi, ADA accessible facilities, permanent concessions and parking for 600+ cars.

Founders Field is a spacious 12-acre complex that is home to the Pittsburgh Harlequins Rugby Football Club. The facility includes two professionally designed rugby fields (70’x100’), expansive parking, a permanent concession stand and locker rooms with showers. Each field boasts an LED scoreboard and video tower, lighting and permanent seating for 200. The 8,000 square feet clubhouse contains two locker/changing rooms each with shower room and bathroom, a dedicated bathroom for spectators, 1,000 square feet observation deck and 3,000 square feet banquet hall.
Gesling Stadium at Carnegie Mellon University

Located in the heart of Oakland, Gesling Stadium is home the CMU football, soccer and track & field teams. The venue offers an eight lane track surrounding a turf field. The grand stand seats 3,500 on one side of the field. The other side includes an observation lawn which is connected to the University Center. Athletes and fans have their choice of concessions with a variety of food vendors and cafes within the Center.
Green Tree Park

The park houses two ball fields, the Point Park University Baseball Field as well as a street hockey rink and soccer fields. One ball field and the street hockey rink are lighted so they can be enjoyed during the evening hours. Point Park University field features an all-grass infield, and field dimensions are 400 feet in center, 335 feet down the foul lines and 365 feet in the gaps. Amenities include spacious dugouts, batting cages and bullpens. Grandstand seating includes several rows of bleachers behind home plate and a spacious area with trees behind the grandstand. Green Tree Park is used in conjunction with the Aiken School fields to host a variety of athletic tournaments. A concession stand, restroom facilities and landscaped parking area make access to this multi-functional park easy.

Home to the Division I men’s and women’s ice hockey teams, women’s crew team and men’s and women’s outdoor track and field squads. The Center can accommodate a variety of sports events. The 32-acre campus includes two indoor ice arenas and two multi-purpose rinks as well as an indoor golf driving range and Sports Dome, a track and field, miniature golf course, fitness center, batting cages, pro shop and bistro.

Situated 15 miles northeast of Pittsburgh, North Park is the largest of the County’s park system. There are nine ball fields, eight soccer fields, five horseshoe pits and ten tennis courts. The park also showcases a 75 acre man-made lake, ice skating rink, two million gallon pool, a horse show area and 18-hole golf course.

The “Pete”, is a state-of-the-art multi-purpose center and one of the finest college basketball arenas for fans and players alike. The arena’s 430,000 total square feet includes office and media space, an athletic training facility and adjustable seating for 8,000 - 12,500. In addition, some of the unique features include a 16,000 square-foot lobby with 90’ high ceilings, 5 courtside luxury suites, with each seating up to 15 people at court level. There are also six club suites, six loge suites and 193 supersuite seats.
